Beavercreek Youth Football & Cheer is registering football players and cheerleaders for the
Fall 2019 season starting on February 3.

We are open to all children, grades K to 6 (as of fall 2019) who reside
within the Beavercreek School District.

Registration Cost


The registration fee for Football or Cheer is $75 if registered by June 1.
(The $50 discount will be applied at Checkout)

After June 1 the registration fee for football or cheer is $125.

Early Registration Incentives

Beginning March 22, each player that is registered for the 2019 season will be entered to win some cool prizes. We will be drawing for prizes periodically until the end of May. Follow us on Facebook for details regarding the prizes and dates of drawings. (Winners will be notified directly.)

Family Discount

Each participant after the first 2 will receive a $50 discount.
Family max for fundraising is $250.
(Applies only to participants living at the same address with the same parent/guardian(s))

Fundraising

The BYFC requires its members to participate in fundraising so that registration fees can be kept as low as possible while still allowing for the enhancement and growth of the program.  Two options for fundraising are available: a “buy-out” option (see schedule below) and an option to sell raffle tickets at the beginning of the season. Each participant in the BYFC program MUST participate either in the buy-out option or the fundraiser option.

Buy-out Option:
The buy-out option must be picked during registration. You will be charged a $100 opt-out fee when checking out. If you choose the buy-out option, you will still receive $100 worth of raffle tickets to enter into the raffle drawing.

Fundraising Option:
If you do not choose to opt-out of the fundraiser you will receive $125 in raffle tickets at the beginning of the season that you will be required to sell by the Premier Game.
