2018 Fundraiser Info

The BYFC requires its members to participate in fundraising so that registration fees can be kept as low as possible while still allowing for the enhancement and growth of the program.  Two options for fundraising are available: a “buy-out” option (see schedule below) and an option to sell raffle tickets at the beginning of the season. Each participant in the BYFC program MUST participate either in the buy-out option or the fundraiser option.

Buy-out Option:
The buy-out option must be picked during registration. You will be charged a $75 opt-out fee when checking out. If you choose the buy-out option, you will still receive $75 worth of raffle tickets to enter into the raffle drawing or to sell.

Fundraising Option:
If you do not choose to opt-out of the fundraiser you will receive $100 in raffle tickets at the beginning of the season that you will be required to sell by the Premier Game.

Prizes:

BYFC receives donated prizes and purchases prizes to be raffled off. We make it a point to have several great prizes so selling tickets is as easy as possible for our members. 2018 prizes have not been announced yet but 2017 top prizes were:

- Xbox One S AND a 50” 4K TV
-DSLR Camera Package
- iPad Wi-Fi 32GB
-Drone
-NFL Tickets
+ other prizes and gift cards

Instructions for members selling tickets:

 - Tickets are $5 each
- Ticket stubs and money collected must be turned in by Thursday 8/16/18
- Final Drawing held 10/25/18
- Tickets can be sold to anyone but please keep in mind that physical prizes must be picked up (we will not ship)
- Gift cards can be mailed but may be for local establishments
-  After 8/16/18 the club will sell additional tickets
- The club will not sell tickets to the general public before 8/16/18 to allow members to sell their tickets first
- Additional tickets will be available for members to sell
- There is a prize for the top seller!
